In order to make the process more efficient, we focus on training the leaders who represent us in each of the more than 3,000 contracts we have today. Today, we have more than 3,000 leaders across Brazil simultaneously being developed in training programs at the Corporate University.
We created specific programs for development and People Management, different for each level of leadership, but with a standard belief for everyone: we want to take care of human beings throughout their entire journey in the company.

People Manager. He/she must be prepared and updated to deal with all types of people and all types of issues. He/she coaches other people and is the contract owner.
Our new training model, which began to be implemented in 2017, has brought us surprising results. In 2017, we closed the year with 100,000 hours of training throughout the country. The number doubled in 2018 and then we closed 2019 with 400,000 hours of training. A sign that our leadership trains – a lot – our employees.

Verzani & Sandrini believes in the development of competences and the creation of a team committed to excellence.

UCVS offers specific training for each stage of the employees’ career and is focused on training leaders, consolidating the belief that leadership is the best vehicle for disseminating information and knowledge, and a strong aggregating element in our company, as it represents our brand to customers.
The University programs are available in E-Learning, APP and on-site modes, and grants certificates to everyone who participates.
