This privacy notice was created to reaffirm the company's commitment VERZANI & SANDRINI with the protection of the personal data of customers and visitors when we serve you, whether in our online environment or through other means.

ABOUT OUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We do not process any personal data if there are reasons to believe that such processing may be unlawful, illegal or simply unethical.

CREATION OF HOLDER PROFILES (AUTOMATED PROCESSING)

The automated processing of personal data consists of creating profiles (profiling), made by artificial intelligence, through a crossing of personal data extracted from different sources, which is used to classify holders.

The creation of profiles may have purposes such as “evaluating certain personal aspects relating to professional performance, economic situation, health, personal preferences, interests, reliability, location or movements” (art. 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Therefore, we clarify that the Verzani & Sandrini do not use this type of technology.

DATA SECURITY

The security of your personal data is one of our main concerns. To protect them, we use technical and organizational information security measures that aim to protect personal data from unauthorized access and accidental or unlawful situations of destruction, loss, alteration, communication or any form of inappropriate or unlawful processing.

HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We do not retain personal information for longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it is processed or for legal obligations. Otherwise, we will delete them from our databases or anonymize them so that it is no longer possible to identify you.
